Club management software for martial arts gyms: memberships, Stripe billing, class bookings, attendance, belt progression, family accounts and a member app.
MatSync is club management software built for martial arts academies, including BJJ gyms. Manage memberships, collect recurring payments through Stripe, schedule classes with capacity limits, track attendance, and record belt and stripe progression with time-in-grade and promotion history. Parents get one login for multiple kids, and students book classes and check in from the native iOS and Android app. Free forever for up to 30 students, or $39/month for unlimited students. EU-based, with data hosted in EU data centers.
